All transactions on w2win are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. No hidden conversion fees apply to MYR accounts.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and w2win ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the w2win website located at w2win.app and all associated services, products, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to creating an account, browsing game content, making a deposit, placing a wager, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2.2 Age Verification. w2win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to any reasonable suspicion of underage access. Acceptable documentation includes government-issued identification such as a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence. The Company may withhold funds and suspend account access pending satisfactory age verification.
2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the w2win Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the w2win Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names or identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed immediately, and all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration. Providing false personal details — including a false date of birth — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify w2win customer support immediately. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the Player's failure to maintain password security.
3.4 Account Transferability. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your w2win account or any associated credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w2win accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and participating Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and the Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for e-wallet and FPX transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency are stated at the point of transaction. The Company does not charge fees on standard deposits, though third-party payment processors may apply their own fees outside the Company's control.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made by the registered account holder to a payment method previously used for deposits or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. w2win reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard documentation includes government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method not previously associated with the account without completion of additional verification.
4.5 Processing Times. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours. FPX bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes during Malaysian banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes on-chain. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.1 General. w2win may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific bonus terms, these general Terms govern.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has abused or exploited any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where required to do so for business, regulatory, or legal reasons.
6.1 General Betting. All wagers placed on the w2win sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and esports markets are subject to the applicable game rules and the Company's general betting rules as published on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers.
6.2 Erroneous Odds. The Company reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error — including technical errors, human error, or data feed failures — that resulted in odds materially inconsistent with fair market odds at the time of the event. The Company will make reasonable efforts to honour correct odds where the error is minor.
6.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to the outcome of a bet or game result, the Company's records shall be considered definitive in the absence of clear technical evidence of error. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the event in question.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. The Company may impose maximum winnings limits on any game or market. Such limits are published in the applicable game or market terms and may be updated from time to time.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the w2win Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
9.2 The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by w2win is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 12.1 w2win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
12.2 In the event of account closure due to Player breach, the Company may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, outstanding balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
12.3 Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding any un-met wagering requirements on bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed gaming operators. Any disputes not resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to an independent arbitration body as designated by the Company's licensing authority.
